Our client is hiring an Office Coordinator!

Location: Centennial, CO (Hybrid Remote)

Salary: $40,000-$50,000

Onsite: 8:30am-4:30pm daily

 

Key Responsibilities:

Reception Duties:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls in a courteous manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.

Office Coordination:

  • Oversee daily office operations and coordinate office activities and events.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling and organizing meetings, appointments, and conferences.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Work with managers to organize global calendars.

Customer Service:

  • Address and resolve inquiries and issues from clients and employees promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain and update contact lists and directories.

Administrative Support:

  • Prepare and process documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparation of workstations and documentation.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as required.
  • Help create new users in office software

This role requires a strategic thinker who can wear many hats, provide hands-on leadership, and navigate the complexities of a manufacturing environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.
  • Manage and mentor an accounting team of 4.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth and profitability objectives.
  • Work closely with the CEO, executive team, and Board of Directors to provide strategic financial guidance and insights.
  • Oversee the company’s financial planning processes, including cash flow management, capital allocation, and financial performance analysis.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • CPA or CFA designation is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Proven experience in managing a finance team and driving strategic financial initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a Board of Directors and senior leadership team.
  • Strong background in capital raising, including experience with both debt and equity financing.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
