Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of consulting/implementation experience, with a demonstrated ability to enhance customer relationships
  • Experience with distributed operating systems (Linux, Windows), with experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.) a bonus
  • Critical thinking, analytical and problem solving, problem determination, diagnosis, identification, testing, and resolution
  • Knowledge of Content Management technology (e.g., Mobius, FileNet, OpenText, Documentum, etc.) strongly preferred
  • Language skills: fluent spoken/written English
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, regardless of timeline or time zone variations

What You’ll Do:

  • Work in a customer-facing role to map out and implement the technical aspects of the company’s product deployments and non-standard configuration requests as well as assist product teams in successfully introducing new products/versions.

Skills Needed to be Successful:

  • Experience as a system/implementation engineer for complex data-driven solutions
  • Any scripting experience (PowerShell / .Net / C#/Java, etc.)

  • In-depth knowledge of data handling and MS SQL
