Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls in a courteous manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Office Coordination:
- Oversee daily office operations and coordinate office activities and events.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist with scheduling and organizing meetings, appointments, and conferences.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Work with managers to organize global calendars.
Customer Service:
- Address and resolve inquiries and issues from clients and employees promptly and professionally.
- Maintain and update contact lists and directories.
Administrative Support:
- Prepare and process documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparation of workstations and documentation.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as required.
