Title: Sr. Business Analyst

Type: 1 year contract with the potential to extend

Location: Hybrid, Denver, CO

Pay Range: $60-$65 per hour depending on experience

 

Responsibilities

- Lead the gathering, authoring, and coordination of RFP responses,

- Perform process analysis and system evaluations to recommend improvements for complex, integrated technology environments.

- Create and maintain detailed system and process diagrams to document current and future workflows, supporting training and team handoffs.

- Collaborate with technical and non-technical team members, fostering a shared understanding of system requirements, process integrations, and business impact.

- Identify and implement recommendations that enhance enterprise-wide systems and improve operational efficiency.

 

Preferred Experience:

- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, with a preference for ScrumMaster or Product Owner roles.

- Experience working on Case Mangement System projects.

- Strong experience in vendor management, change management, and business case development.

- Familiarity with prototyping, business intelligence tools like PowerBI, and Microsoft Office tools, including Visio and Azure DevOps.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Oversee casing drilling, micropiling, tiebacks, strand anchors, and duplex drilling operations
  • Ensure all drilling activities align with safety, environmental, and quality standards
  • Lead, mentor, and train drilling crews to enhance performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to deliver top-tier results
  • Troubleshoot drilling challenges and adjust strategies to optimize success
  • Manage equipment maintenance, safety protocols, and documentation

 

What You Bring to the Table

  • Strong experience in casing drilling, micropiling, or geotechnical construction (with at least 2 years in a leadership role)
  • Strong understanding of duplex and doublehead drilling techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret technical plans, blueprints, and project specs
  • Leadership skills to drive results, train crews, and ensure smooth, safe operations
  • OSHA 30 certification required; Rigging and Class A CDL preferred
