Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Portfolio Consultant to join our team. As a Portfolio Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving business success through strategic consultation and expert management of our diverse product portfolio. You will serve as a key advisor within our organization, utilizing your deep knowledge of contact center products and business consultation skills to deliver outstanding results.

 

Key Responsibilities

- Provide expert consultation on the implementation and optimization of contact center products within our portfolio.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions.

- Lead strategic initiatives to enhance product offerings and improve overall customer experience.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and execution of business strategies.

- Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform product development and strategy.

- Create and deliver compelling presentations and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.

- Ensure successful project delivery by managing timelines, resources, and budget constraints.

- Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting role, with a strong focus on contact center products and customer experience solutions.

- Proven track record of driving business success through strategic consultation and portfolio management.

- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building relationships and influencing stakeholders.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools, including CRM systems, project management software, and data analysis tools.
