Position: Product Manager

Type: 6 months Contract-to-Hire

Location: Remote in United States

Hourly Rate: $70 W2

Salary upon Conversion: $130K - $140K

 

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically within SaaS products.
  • Experience with products in the utilities industry.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering teams, preferably in a remote setting.
  • GIS product experience is a plus.

 

Technical Skills:

  • Deep understanding of SaaS product development lifecycles.
  • Experience working with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Familiarity with GIS technologies is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Motivated, self-sufficient, and driven to take ownership of product initiatives.
  • Ability to work across time zones and coordinate with international teams.

 

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Development:

  • Lead the development and enhancement of a utilities-focused SaaS product.
  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders and engineering teams.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on business goals and customer needs.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and drive product improvements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related decisions and escalations.

Market and Industry Expertise:

  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in the utilities and GIS space.
  • Ensure the product aligns with regulatory requirements and market demands.

Execution and Delivery:

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure product success.
  • Drive continuous improvement in product processes and methodologies.
  • Support go-to-market strategies and collaborate with marketing and sales teams.

Position: VP of Cloud Delivery

Location: Remote (with up to 40% travel)

Schedule: Full-Time

Salary: $175,000-$250,000

 

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development:

  • Guide, mentor, and coach service teams to improve process quality, effectiveness, and efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.

Service Delivery & Operations:

  • Ensure high-quality service delivery by balancing customer satisfaction, timely deployments, and operational excellence.
  • Drive compliance with established methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Act as the escalation point for service-related challenges and issues.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with internal stakeholders, including R&D, sales, and senior leadership, to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Engage with customers and partners to understand and address technical and business requirements.

Performance & Metrics Management:

  • Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction (CSAT), employee satisfaction (ESAT), and support service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Identify areas for service improvement and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and outcomes.

Technical & Industry Expertise:

  • Deep understanding of cloud service provisioning and management, ideally with Azure.
  • Strong knowledge of project management practices and professional service delivery.
  • Familiarity with public safety and/or justice environments is a plus.

Leadership & Communication Skills:

  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire teams across diverse backgrounds and time zones.
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills at all organizational levels.

Business Acumen & Problem-Solving:

  • Business-savvy with a strategic mindset to support sales initiatives and operational objectives.
  • Creative problem-solver with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
  • Understanding of legal and contract considerations related to service delivery.

Other Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong cultural awareness and adaptability for cross-cultural work environments.
