Jr. System Architect

Title: Jr. System Architect

Position: Contract to Hire

Location: Englewood, CO

Pay: $25-40 per hour depending on experience

Shift: Onsite Monday- Friday 8 am-4 pm

  • On-call is not required

Required: Vaccinations and Flu Shots are mandatory

 

Skills:

  • 3-4 years of prior technical support experience required within Microsoft Windows operating system support.
  • Experience with JAMF, Imprivata, FollowMe Printing, SCCM and maintaining/adjusting /creating groups for Microsoft AD
  • Ability to provide courteous customer-centered support and efficiently resolve technical support issues
  • Proven ability to self-learn new technology and work independently.
  • The ability to train end-users on practices that help to avoid technical support issues.
  • Proven analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

 

Certifications

  • CompTIA A+ certification required and one advanced level Microsoft certification (MCP). Willingness to obtain A+ certification within 6 months of hire date.

Shift: Onsite Monday- Friday 8 am-4 pm

Skills:

  • 3-4 years of prior Desktop technical support experience required within Microsoft Windows operating system support.
  • Ability to provide courteous customer-centered support and efficiently resolve technical support issues
  • Experience with Active Directory group policies, DHCP and IP configurations.
  • Proven ability to self-learn new technology and work independently.  
  • The ability to train end-users on practices that help to avoid technical support issues.
  • Proven analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Certifications
