Location: Atlanta, GA, Hybrid

Salary Range: $140,000 - $165,000

 

Role Overview

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be instrumental in leading the digital transformation through innovative cloud solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Innovation & Disruption: Lead technological advancements in the 911 emergency communications market.
  • Strategy & Vision: Develop and execute product strategies that align with the overall vision and market needs.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collect and prioritize product requirements from various stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Product Roadmaps: Create and manage detailed product roadmaps focusing on Cloud-delivered solutions for policing and justice organizations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure product success and customer satisfaction.
  • Product Launches: Plan and execute product launches, ensuring commercial success and market penetration.
  • Market Insight: Provide insights and analysis on market trends, competition, and product performance.
  • Customer Expectations: Ensure products meet customer expectations
  • Partner Management: Oversee partner activities, including technical integrations and ongoing roadmap planning.

 

Experience:

  • 5+ years in product management with a focus on cloud and contact center solutions
  • Strong negotiation skills to resolve internal and external competing priorities.
  • Resiliency and a "can-do" approach.
  • Ability to convey technical information clearly.
  • Familiarity with DevOps cycles and tools.
  • Understanding of business processes and project costs related to licensing and third-party maintenance.
