Title: Program Manager

Location: Denver, CO (hybrid remote schedule)

  • Great location downtown. Very social and fun!
  • Travel: 10%

Duration: Contract to Hire (quick to convert!)

Pay Rate: $75-80ph depending on experience

What You’ll Do:

  • Program Implementation Plan – plan iterations, keep track of progress, work with product management team,  tracking products, timeline, release schedule, etc.

Skills needed to be Successful:

  • SAFe SPC certified and CSM Certified Scrum Master
  • Expert in Program Increment Planning
  • Understands Servant Leadership Role
  • Excellent Presentation and Communication Skills
  • Experience creating lean budgets
  • Experience creating backlog with WSJF
  • Experience with Kanban
  • Experience with Agile ceremonies
  • Experience with roadmaps and milestones
  • Experience with burndown and progress tracking reporting
