We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Application Developer with experience in Appian or low code development. As an essential member of client’s technology team, you will contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of applications crucial to the non-profit organization's success. Qualifications:

Innovar Group is currently seeking a skilled and experienced ETL Developer to join our team. In this role, you will primarily focus on ETL development using various data engineering tools. Additionally, you should possess an understanding of core banking systems.
Position: ETL Developer
Location: Denver, CO OR Centennial, CO – 1 day week remote
Salary Range: $90,000-108,000K per year
Responsibilities:
- ETL Development: Utilize your expertise in ETL development, with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience, to design, develop, and maintain efficient and scalable data integration solutions.
- Demonstrate understanding of core banking systems.
- Data Warehousing: Collaborate with the team to design and implement data warehousing solutions, utilizing technologies like Snowflake or similar platforms, to ensure seamless data storage, retrieval, and analysis.
- System Integration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate data from various sources into banking systems, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compatibility with existing systems.
- Performance Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize ETL processes and improve data transformation and loading efficiency. Implement best practices and optimize the performance of ETL workflows.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant work experience will also be considered.
- Strong experience in ETL development, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience using tools such as Informatica, Talend, Azure Data Factory, Alteryx, or similar data engineering tools.
- Deep understanding of core banking systems such as Symitar by Jack Henry or DNA for banks, or similar systems.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and experience with Snowflake or similar technologies is desirable.
- Solid understanding of data integration principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages for data manipulation and transformation.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
