Position: Product Manager
Type: 6 months Contract-to-Hire

Hourly Rate: $70 W2
Salary upon Conversion: $130K - $140K
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically within SaaS products.
- Experience with products in the utilities industry.
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams, preferably in a remote setting.
- GIS product experience is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Deep understanding of SaaS product development lifecycles.
- Experience working with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with GIS technologies is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Motivated, self-sufficient, and driven to take ownership of product initiatives.
- Ability to work across time zones and coordinate with international teams.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Development:
- Lead the development and enhancement of a utilities-focused SaaS product.
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on business goals and customer needs.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and drive product improvements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related decisions and escalations.
Market and Industry Expertise:
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in the utilities and GIS space.
- Ensure the product aligns with regulatory requirements and market demands.
Execution and Delivery:
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure product success.
- Drive continuous improvement in product processes and methodologies.
- Support go-to-market strategies and collaborate with marketing and sales teams.
