Job Title: Senior Data Analyst/Developer

Location: Louisville, CO

Hybrid Remote- 2 days onsite

Position Type: Direct Hire

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Data Analyst/Developer with a strong background in eCommerce platforms. As a crucial member of our data team, you will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, developing data-driven solutions, and contributing to the optimization of our eCommerce operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize your expertise in Power BI to create insightful and actionable reports and dashboards for various stakeholders across the organization.

- Employ advanced SQL skills to extract, transform, and manipulate data from multiple sources to drive decision-making processes.

- Leverage Python or R to develop scripts and tools for data analysis and automation.

- Work with one or more of the following solutions: AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, Cloudera, Google Cloud, Azure, etc., to architect and implement scalable data solutions.

- Utilize BigQuery to analyze large datasets and derive valuable insights to enhance our eCommerce platform's performance.

- Design and implement data lake architectures to store and manage vast amounts of structured and unstructured data effectively.

 

Requirements:

- 5 years of experience working as a Data Analyst/Developer, with a focus on eCommerce platforms in any previous position.

- Proficiency in Power BI with a proven track record of creating impactful visualizations and reports.

- Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries and optimize database performance.

- Experience with either Python or R for data analysis and scripting.

- Hands-on experience with at least one of the following solutions: AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, Cloudera, Google Cloud, Azure, etc.

- In-depth knowledge of BigQuery and its capabilities for analyzing large datasets.

- Experience designing and implementing data lake architectures is highly desirable.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Title: Technical Support Engineer

Location: Bronx, NY (Near Yankee Stadium)

Salary :$95,000 per year + Bonus

Job Type: Direct Hire

 

Responsibilities:

 

- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or remote sessions, addressing their queries and issues in a timely manner.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to our software products, including but not limited to SQL database queries, software configuration, and networking.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, product management, and QA to escalate and resolve issues effectively.

- Document and track customer issues and resolutions in our support ticketing system.

- Conduct thorough root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and prevent recurrence.

- Assist in the development and maintenance of support documentation, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides.

- Experience working in a product support environment doing level 1-3 support.

 

Requirements:

 

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Strong proficiency in complex SQL querying.

- Experience with patching and enhancing products in a SQL environment.

- Solid understanding of software support methodologies and best practices.

- Experience in telecom or VOIP networking is a plus, but not required.

- Ideal candidate will have experience running scripts on PowerShell

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
