Job Title: Compliance Administrator
Pay Rate: $50-55 W2 per hour
Location: Hybrid Denver
Contract Duration: 8 months

Position Overview:
The Compliance Administrator will collaborate closely with the Business Technologies Compliance Team to oversee document management processes across the organization. This role entails creating, maintaining, and organizing enterprise and divisional documents, ensuring adherence to standard processes, and monitoring compliance with organizational policies.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Execute document management procedures, including reviewing, updating, and obtaining approvals for enterprise and divisional documents, and ensuring proper storage in designated repositories.
2. Facilitate policy exception processes by reviewing and maintaining exception requests, and addressing outdated exceptions in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
3. Provide guidance and training to stakeholders on document management standards, ensuring documents adhere to established processes and are stored appropriately.
4. Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as delegated.

Documentation Specialist - Security

Job Title: Documentation Specialist
Pay Rate: $35-$45 per hour on W2
Location: Hybrid Denver
Contract Duration: 8 months

Position Overview:
The Documentation Specialist involves coordinating internal and external audits, working with stakeholders to address audit recommendations, documenting status and remediation efforts, and ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate internal and external audits for Business Technologies, including scheduling meetings, gathering and reviewing documents, and managing documentation in the audit management tool.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to collect evidence and document the status of audit remediations.
3. Administer compliance functions for major incident post-incident reviews, ensuring the completion of actionable recommendations and vendor management processes.
4. Perform compliance activities to uphold regulatory requirements.

Experience:
- Preferably experienced in Information Technology compliance, with knowledge of local, state, and federal regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with compliance standards such as TSA, Privacy, PII, PCI DSS, etc.
- Experience using ServiceNow Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) and Vendor Risk Management modules is highly desired.

- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
- Proficiency in audit management tools and software.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
