Title: Sr. NetSuite Analyst
Duration: Contract-to-hire
Pay Rate: $65-75 per hour
How can you make a difference?
This individual will be responsible for the NetSuite ERP, e-commerce, and BI platforms and associated integrations. This person will play a pivotal role in ensuring all platforms are operating effectively. To be successful, this person will need knowledge of e-commerce, consumer packaged goods, B2C and B2B sales processes, data management, and project management.
The ideal candidate will be positive, uplifting, with the ability to meet challenges with enthusiasm and work collaboratively across the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and support NetSuite ERP Platform
- Work with business to define requirements and business objectives.
- Help manage suppliers and staff to achieve business objectives.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for application projects and services.
- Coordinate testing and user acceptance of system changes & enhancements.
- Develop training plans for users regarding system usage, changes, and enhancements.
- Monitor application systems performance and capacity utilization.
- Stay up to date on related industry trends and best practices.
- Assist IT leadership with policy and procedure development.
- Work with functional business management to maintain business processes, data management/analytics, and related documentation & training materials.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience with ERP and Business Intelligence platforms.
- Previous experience with NetSuite ERP/CRM is required.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- Experience working successfully with various stakeholders internally and externally.
- This is a full-time position requiring time in the office.

Compliance Data Analyst

Title: Security Compliance Analyst
Duration: 9 month contract
Location: 100% remote with ability to work 8-5pm MST
Pay: $60-$65 hourly
Position Overview:
The Security Compliance Analyst will collaborate with the Business Technologies Compliance Team to establish, document, and monitor compliance with enterprise policies and standards. As a member of the IT Compliance team, the analyst will conduct assessments of technology-related compliance matters across the organization, covering information security, user access, data integrity, and more. The position involves implementing compliance programs, reviewing and identifying sensitive data, working closely with internal and external customers, and completing tasks in a timely manner.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop, document, and execute data loss protection processes, utilizing various tools to analyze sensitive data (PCI, PII, SSI, etc.) and identify cleartext passwords within the environment.
- Communicate with stakeholders and oversee the remediation of identified issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to review and submit policy exceptions when necessary.
- Work closely with internal and external customers to address compliance issues and drive remediation efforts.
- Record and document work performed in the ServiceNow Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) module.
- Research, propose, and document program improvements to enhance compliance procedures.
- Fulfill any other duties as assigned.
Experience:
- Prior experience in Information Technology (IT) compliance, including knowledge of Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requirements, privacy regulations, personally identifiable information (PII) compliance, Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) requirements, and ServiceNow Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC).
- Familiarity with data loss protection (DLP) tools such as Rubrik, ProofPoint, etc.
- Strong understanding of GRC documentation practices.
- Experience with enterprise data management and compliance.
- Knowledge of data privacy frameworks and regulations, including SSI, PII, and PCI.
- Ability to create metrics for DLP and measure program effectiveness.
- ServiceNow GRC is preferred, but willing to train.

Job Description:
As the ERP Systems Administrator, you will report to the Director of the ERP Program and play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and supporting the NetSuite ERP ecosystem. Working closely with the Core ERP team and business unit leaders, you will facilitate the configuration, adoption, training, and ongoing sustainability of the NetSuite ERP platform.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with a diverse, cross-functional team to support the design, implementation, training, and ongoing maintenance of the NetSuite ERP platform.
• Lead the development and execution of test cases for end-users.
• Coordinate and provide support for data cleansing and organization activities.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy NetSuite modules, workflows, and enhancements using extensions and scripts to meet specific business requirements.
• Create comprehensive documentation for customized NetSuite enhancements and processes.
• Offer technical assistance to end-users and conduct engaging training sessions to drive user adoption.
• Manage user roles and system access in coordination with the HR team during employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Perform integrity testing of system upgrades and development releases before transitioning to production.
• Assist end-users in generating customized saved searches, reports, and dashboards to meet operational needs.
• Collaborate with development teams to deliver technical support for existing and new NetSuite customizations.
• Design and troubleshoot NetSuite workflows to ensure smooth business processes.
• Monitor, track, and optimize NetSuite system performance and maintain high data quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest NetSuite functionality, new releases, and industry best practices.
• Take the lead in analyzing and resolving complex production support issues.
Required Experience & Skills:
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite or other Enterprise ERP systems, specializing in customizations and data migrations as a Technical Administrator or ERP Consultant.
• Proficient in integrating NetSuite modules with third-party applications.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches and reports, and the NetSuite data model.
• Previous experience as a NetSuite System Administrator in a large-scale environment is desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Experience with complex multi-site NetSuite implementations, encompassing design, testing, implementation, and ongoing support.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and written/verbal communication skills.
