Requirements

  • Insatiable appetite for generating new business.
  • Enjoy the hustle, or go go go (hates to be stagnate).
  • People skills: know when to nod, smile, and shake, as well as when to step away and reconsider.
  • Ruthlessly pursue personal and professional excellence.
  • Commitment to work well on a team.
  • Past success gaining client relationships/contracts/sales/profits in the staffing industry (any vertical). 

Compensation
 $80,000 - $120,000 base plus industry leading commissions.

While your first year will be one of building new relationships, landing new clients and increasing your book of billable consultants; our industry leading compensation plan will empower you to earn more than you would at nearly all of our competitors. Year 2 is where you really capitalize on all of your prior work.  From there, sky’s the limit for your earnings.

Innovar Group is looking for Business Development Consultant for a global leader in analytics software. This is an opportunity to support some of the world’s leading companies with their analytics software platform. This is an important position that requires the ability to excel in fast-paced, complex environments.

Title: Business Development Consultant

Location: Remote

Duration: Direct Hire

Salary: around $150k and up depending on experience

  • Great Bonus Opportunity

Skills Needed to be Successful:

  • 5+ years of consulting experience
    • Experience in a contact center environment preferred
  • Great at building internal relationships
  • Experience in business development and the sales cycle in the CCaaS space, including ACD, IVR. Workforce Optimization (WFO) a plus
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills

Title: Contact Center Portfolio Consultant

Location: Remote

Duration: Direct Hire

Salary: around $160k + bonus opportunity

Skills Needed to be Successful:

  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership or consulting role improving ROI and overall business processes.
  • 5+ years of experience in a contact center environment preferred
  • Knowledgeable of contact center enterprise software, and specifically deep domain experience in IVR/Routing/ACD and Work Force Management or Quality Management preferred
  • Experience in business process improvement and Customer Success
  • Ability to work with Sr. Executives and stakeholders, provide thought leadership and gain strategic partnership
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills are a must
