Innovar Group is seeking a Workforce Solutions Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a large HR transformation initiative for a Denver-based organization. This role will support a major program migrating HR data and workforce processes from Oracle to a new HR platform environment. The SME will partner with internal HR leaders and implementation partners to ensure workforce data, processes, and operational requirements are accurately translated into the new system.
This role is focused on workforce operations, HR processes, and data governance, rather than deep technical configuration of a specific HR platform.

Pay: $95–$100/hour W2
Overview
Responsibilities
- Serve as the workforce operations SME during an enterprise HR system transformation
- Partner with HR leadership and implementation partners to define workforce process requirements
- Support migration of workforce data from legacy HR systems into the new HR environment
- Validate workforce data structures including employee records, job data, and organizational hierarchy
- Ensure workforce processes are accurately mapped during system implementation
- Assist with workforce reporting, data validation, and user acceptance testing
- Provide guidance on workforce-related workflows including employee lifecycle processes
- Collaborate with HR, payroll, and HRIS teams to ensure workforce data integrity
- Support change management and adoption of new workforce processes across the organization
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience working in workforce operations, HRIS, or HR systems environments
- Strong understanding of workforce data structures and HR processes
- Experience supporting HR system implementations or major HR technology transformations
- Experience working with HR data migration or system integration projects
- Ability to collaborate with HR, payroll, and technical implementation teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting HR transformations involving platforms such as Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar HR systems
- Experience working with implementation partners or system integrators
- Familiarity with workforce data governance and HR reporting structures
- Experience supporting multi-country workforce environments
