Salesforce Developer

Position: Salesforce Developer

Location: Remote

Duration: 6-month contract with expectation to extend

Hours: 40 hours per week

Hourly Pay: $75-80, W2

 

Qualifications:

  • Mid-Senior level experience with Salesforce development.
  • Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) development, Apex programming and debugging, and Salesforce data management using SOQL and SOSL.
  • Proven experience in customizing and configuring Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud.
  • Proficiency in integration with REST/SOAP APIs to enable seamless data exchange with external systems.
  • Strong knowledge of declarative tools like Flows and Process Builder.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git and CI/CD pipelines, such as Flosum, to support efficient development and deployment.
  • Thorough understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and best practices.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments and utilizing tools like Jira or Trello.
  • Salesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer I/II or Application Architect, are a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Create and maintain Lightning Web Components, Apex classes, triggers, and declarative tools like Flows and Process Builder.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Optimize Salesforce processes for performance, scalability, and usability while adhering to Salesforce best practices.
  • Utilize version control tools like Git and CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable deployments.
  • Perform data migrations and maintain data integrity throughout.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, maintaining system stability.
  • Deliver comprehensive documentation and user training for new features and solutions.
