Position: Salesforce Developer
Location: Remote
Duration: 6-month contract with expectation to extend
Hours: 40 hours per week
Hourly Pay: $75-80, W2
Qualifications:
- Mid-Senior level experience with Salesforce development.
- Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) development, Apex programming and debugging, and Salesforce data management using SOQL and SOSL.
- Proven experience in customizing and configuring Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud.
- Proficiency in integration with REST/SOAP APIs to enable seamless data exchange with external systems.
- Strong knowledge of declarative tools like Flows and Process Builder.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git and CI/CD pipelines, such as Flosum, to support efficient development and deployment.
- Thorough understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and best practices.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Experience working in Agile development environments and utilizing tools like Jira or Trello.
- Salesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer I/II or Application Architect, are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions tailored to client needs.
- Create and maintain Lightning Web Components, Apex classes, triggers, and declarative tools like Flows and Process Builder.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Optimize Salesforce processes for performance, scalability, and usability while adhering to Salesforce best practices.
- Utilize version control tools like Git and CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable deployments.
- Perform data migrations and maintain data integrity throughout.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, maintaining system stability.
- Deliver comprehensive documentation and user training for new features and solutions.
