Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst
Location: Remote
Salary Range: $90K-$100K per year
Key Responsibilities:
– Analyze business requirements and translate them into Salesforce configurations that enhance the Sales Cloud experience.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, document, and prioritize business requirements and ensure that Salesforce meets their needs.
– Design and implement improvements in Sales Cloud functionality to optimize workflow, reporting, and forecasting.
– Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between Sales Cloud and other Salesforce CRM modules.
– Conduct regular system testing, user acceptance testing, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
– Provide end-user training, create support documentation, and deliver ongoing Salesforce support.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, preferably with Sales Cloud.
– Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and the ability to enhance and optimize its functionality.
– Familiarity with Salesforce CRM modules (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) is preferred but not required.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and documentation abilities.
– Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification is a plus.
