Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Portfolio Consultant to join our team. As a Portfolio Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving business success through strategic consultation and expert management of our diverse product portfolio. You will serve as a key advisor within our organization, utilizing your deep knowledge of contact center products and business consultation skills to deliver outstanding results.

 

Key Responsibilities

– Provide expert consultation on the implementation and optimization of contact center products within our portfolio.

– Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions.

– Lead strategic initiatives to enhance product offerings and improve overall customer experience.

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and execution of business strategies.

– Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform product development and strategy.

– Create and deliver compelling presentations and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.

– Ensure successful project delivery by managing timelines, resources, and budget constraints.

– Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

 

Qualifications:

– Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

– Minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting role, with a strong focus on contact center products and customer experience solutions.

– Proven track record of driving business success through strategic consultation and portfolio management.

– Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building relationships and influencing stakeholders.

– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

– Proficiency in using relevant software and tools, including CRM systems, project management software, and data analysis tools.
