Salary: $175K-$190K + Bonus

 

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Transformation Consultant to join our client’s team. In this role, you will leverage your leadership experience and expertise in contact center environments to drive business process improvements and customer success initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in transforming our operations and delivering exceptional value to our clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead and manage transformation projects aimed at improving business processes and enhancing customer success.

– Utilize your experience in contact center environments to develop and implement effective strategies and solutions.

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and drive the successful execution of initiatives.

– Analyze and optimize Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

– Communicate complex ideas and solutions clearly and effectively to stakeholders through exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

– Deliver compelling presentations and reports to senior leadership and clients, showcasing the impact and value of transformation projects.

– Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

 

Qualifications:

– Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams.

– At least 5 years of experience in a contact center environment, with a deep understanding of its operations and challenges.

– Demonstrated experience with IVR systems and their optimization.

– Strong background in business process improvement and customer success.

– Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

– Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership and stakeholders.

– Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.
