Job Title: Professional Services Client Partner
Location: Onsite 2 days a week in Hoboken, NJ or Atlanta, GA
Salary: Based on experience; starts around $120k + commission and increases with experience
Position Overview
The Professional Services Client Partner drives adoption of the client’s Professional Services for software implementation and support. Working with clients post-software license sale, this role ensures optimal product utilization. The ideal candidate pairs industry expertise with strong communication and negotiation skills to highlight the value of the client’s services.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Professional Services during sales, showcasing implementation capabilities.
- Collaborate on RFIs, RFPs, and tailored proposals.
- Create and negotiate Statements of Work (SOWs) to engage clients in implementation services.
- Deliver integrated solutions aligning with client objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor, emphasizing the advantages of the client’s services over competitors.
- Ensure seamless project transitions from sales to delivery teams.
Must-Have Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in consulting or selling software implementation services.
- Financial services industry expertise (banking, brokerage, or insurance).
- Skilled in explaining technical implementation solutions and their value.
- SaaS professional services sales experience, particularly in financial services.
- Familiarity with AI/ML-powered AML and Anti-Fraud software.
