Business Development Representative

Innovar Group specializes in IT staffing – we help companies to solve their number one challenge, how to find great people. We are seeking those who have a knack for building relationships to help open doors to new customers. Don’t know IT??  We can teach you!  If you already bring the staffing experience backbone, we'll work side by side with you to help build your IT knowledge.  If you are a great salesperson with past success, unafraid of building rapport with new businesses via phone, chat with us about the opportunity to take your sales career to the next level.

 

Responsibilities

This is a fast-paced, high integrity, agency environment where the following characteristics are essential:

  • New logo collector/cultivator – hunt to bring NEW business to the firm
  • Entrepreneurial attitude: think outside of the box, yet follow process.
  • Thrive off of connecting people to the right people.
  • Comfortable geek-ing out with a team and celebrating each other’s strengths.
  • Totally unafraid of working hard as a member of a well-oiled machine.
  • Sense of humor.
  • Strong communication and time-management skills.
  • Unique differentiation:

Requirements

  • Insatiable appetite for generating new business.
  • Enjoy the hustle, or go go go (hates to be stagnate).
  • People skills: know when to nod, smile, and shake, as well as when to step away and reconsider.
  • Ruthlessly pursue personal and professional excellence.
  • Commitment to work well on a team.
  • Past success gaining client relationships/contracts/sales/profits in the staffing industry (any vertical). 

Compensation
 $80,000 – $120,000 base plus industry leading commissions.

Expectations
While your first year will be one of building new relationships, landing new clients and increasing your book of billable consultants; our industry leading compensation plan will empower you to earn more than you would at nearly all of our competitors. Year 2 is where you really capitalize on all of your prior work.  From there, sky’s the limit for your earnings.
