Our client is hiring a Workday System Analyst! Our client is seeking a remote System Analyst who has solid experience with Workday HCM and Financials, or expertise in HCM or Financials. You will support the development team with building out technical and integrations requirements.
Title: Workday System Analyst
Job Type: Contract – 4 months with expectation to extend
Location: Remote in United States
Pay Rate: $70-$75, W2
Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with business partners to gather and analyze requirements for Workday projects.
– Write and document detailed technical and integration requirements for developers.
– Solid understanding of API's from a technical documentation perspective.
– Work on configuration tasks within Workday, focusing on HCM and/or Financials modules.
– Participate in meetings to ensure that all business needs are met and technical solutions are aligned with project goals.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience with Workday, preferably in both HCM and Financials modules.
– Experience in writing technical and integration requirements.
– Strong communication skills for interacting with business partners and developers.
– Experience with configuration within Workday is highly desirable, but not required.
