Desk Support Technician

Our client is hiring a Desktop Support Specialist! Join our fun, and thriving client to provide technical assistance, manage hardware and software issues, and deliver excellent customer service to users.  If you love doing long-term contract work and want to be part of stable place where there are numerous projects this would be great positions to pursue!

Desktop Support Specialist (6-Month Contract) 
Location: Onsite – Downtown Denver
Pay Rate: $28-31, W2

Key Duties:
– Set up, upgrade, and maintain endpoint devices.
– Use SCCM and PXE boot for computer imaging and software installation.
– Address support requests via phone, chat, tickets, and dispatch.
– Troubleshoot network, software, and hardware problems.
– Install and resolve issues with peripherals (printers, headsets, monitors, webcams).
– Guide users on proper technology use and organizational policies.
– Conduct spontaneous training on hardware and software.
– Keep track of computer equipment inventory.
– Assist with office moves and new employee setups.
– Perform additional IT support tasks as needed.

A Combination of Required Skills Needed:

– Excellent customer service with knowledge of Dell, Macintosh, and Panasonic devices.
– Proficient in supporting Windows 10, 11 and Office 365
– Familiar with ServiceNow, or other ticketing systems 
– Knowledge of SCCM and Cisco AnyConnect/SecureConnect is advantageous.
