Shipping and Receiving Clerk – Manufacturing
Location: Centennial, CO (100% Onsite)
Compensation: $25–$30/hour, overtime eligible
Estimated Salary Upon Conversion: $60,000–$70,000 annually
Employment Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
About the Opportunity
Innovar Group is recruiting for a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join a growing manufacturer of innovative power generation and industrial energy solutions in Centennial, CO.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on warehouse work, staying organized, and being part of a collaborative manufacturing team. The ideal candidate has experience in a manufacturing or assembly warehouse, handling inventory, coordinating shipments, and operating warehouse equipment.
What You'll Do
- Receive, unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Pick, pack, palletize, crate, and prepare outgoing orders.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
- Update inventory and shipping information using ERP systems.
- Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, bills of lading, and freight documentation.
- Coordinate carrier pickups and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
What You Bring
- Experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations, preferably in manufacturing or assembly.
- Familiarity with inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse equipment.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physical warehouse environment.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work onsite five days per week in Centennial, CO.
- Ability to successfully complete required background and drug screening.
Preferred Background
- Manufacturing or industrial assembly warehouse experience.
- Stand-up and sit-down forklift and pallet jack operation.
- ERP systems, particularly Syteline, and RF scanners.
- Inventory control, cycle counting, and freight shipping.
- Experience handling mechanical parts or industrial equipment.
