Product Owner – ServiceNow
Location: Remote (U.S.)
Employment Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
Hourly: $55-$67, W2
Overview
We are hiring a ServiceNow Product Owner / Business Analyst to manage the enhancement backlog and drive continued platform expansion. The platform is live, and this role focuses on ongoing optimization, feature expansion, and cross-functional alignment.
This person will work closely with operations leaders and directors to prioritize enhancements across maintenance, field service, procurement, and vendor management workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the ServiceNow enhancement backlog
- Partner with managers and directors to define priorities
- Translate business requirements into user stories and functional requirements
- Support agile sprint planning and release cycles
- Ensure alignment between technical teams and operational stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement of live EAM and Field Service modules
- Assist in expansion into vendor management capabilities
- Preferred Background
- Experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in ServiceNow
Experience with:
- ITSM
- EAM / Enterprise Asset Management
- Field Service workflows
- Familiarity with data center, telecom, utilities, or operations-heavy environments preferred
- Strong stakeholder management skills
