Product Manager / Solutions Architect – Enterprise AI

Location: Denver, CO or Remote – U.S.

Pay: $70-80 per hour W2

Type: 6-Month Contract | Potential Extension or Conversion

Schedule: Full-Time

Travel: Approximately 10%

Innovar Group is partnering with a rapidly growing global organization to hire a Product Manager / Solutions Architect – Enterprise AI. This is a unique opportunity for someone who can operate at the intersection of AI product strategy, solution architecture, and enterprise technology.

This person will help shape how AI capabilities move from business need and early concept through architecture, development, and production. You'll work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate real-world problems into secure, scalable AI solutions built primarily within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.

This isn't purely a Product Manager role or purely an Architect role—we're looking for someone who can comfortably bridge both worlds.

What You'll Do

• Own product strategy, roadmaps, and solution architecture for enterprise AI capabilities.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI can deliver measurable value.
• Translate business requirements into product requirements, architecture designs, technical acceptance criteria, and prioritized delivery plans.
• Design scalable AI solutions using the Microsoft/Azure ecosystem.
• Create reusable architecture patterns for AI agents, RAG solutions, Copilot-based applications, automation, and custom enterprise AI solutions.
• Lead architecture reviews across security, identity, networking, data, integrations, scalability, resilience, observability, and operational readiness.
• Take AI initiatives from discovery and prototype through production deployment.
• Evaluate build-vs.-buy decisions and conduct technical proof-of-concepts when needed.
• Maintain product roadmaps, architecture documentation, dependencies, technical decisions, and lifecycle considerations.
• Partner across AI, engineering, cybersecurity, infrastructure, enterprise architecture, and operations teams.
