Material Handler – Manufacturing
Location: Centennial, CO (100% Onsite)
Compensation: $25–$30/hour, overtime eligible
Estimated Salary Upon Conversion: $60,000–$70,000 annually
Employment Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
About the Opportunity
Innovar Group is recruiting for a Material Handler to join a growing manufacturer of innovative power generation and industrial energy solutions in Centennial, CO.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on warehouse work and wants to play an important role in supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate has experience in a manufacturing or assembly warehouse, handling materials, preparing parts for production, and maintaining accurate inventory.
What You'll Do
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.
- Pull parts using pick lists and work orders, and prepare material kits for assembly.
- Stage components and materials to support manufacturing operations.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, track stock locations, and perform cycle counts.
- Read work orders, parts lists, and basic blueprints to identify required materials.
- Prepare, package, palletize, and crate materials for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
What You Bring
- Approximately 2 years of material handling or warehouse experience, preferably in manufacturing or assembly.
- Experience with inventory control, parts picking, and material movement.
- Familiarity with forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a DOT health card.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Ability to work onsite five days per week in Centennial, CO.
Preferred Background
- Manufacturing or industrial assembly warehouse experience.
- Material kitting, production staging, and order picking.
- Forklift, pallet jack, or reach truck operation.
- ERP systems, particularly Syteline, and inventory tracking software.
- Cycle counting, shipping preparation, and basic computer skills.
- Experience reading work orders, parts lists, or blueprints.
