About the Opportunity

Innovar Group is partnering with a leading organization in the data center industry to hire a Senior Solutions Architect – Enterprise Financial Systems for a newly established team.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Solutions Architect to help shape enterprise financial technology strategy, establish architecture standards, and design scalable solutions across complex financial systems.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical architecture experience with strong business acumen, working closely with Finance and IT leadership to translate business needs into secure, scalable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end architecture for enterprise financial platforms, applications, and integrations.
• Develop technical designs, architecture standards, and integration strategies across financial systems.
• Lead solutions involving APIs, data integrations, identity/SSO, security, DevOps, and automation.
• Partner with Finance and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical direction to developers, consultants, and system integrators.
• Evaluate technical feasibility, risks, timelines, costs, and implementation requirements.
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise security, compliance, performance, and scalability standards.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture, including significant financial systems or finance technology experience.
• Strong experience designing complex enterprise solutions, integrations, and technical architectures.
• Knowledge of APIs, data integration, identity/SSO, security, DevOps, testing, and release management.
• Experience developing architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and implementation estimates.
• Ability to lead technical teams and collaborate with Finance and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Cloud EPM and/or Yardi financial applications.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, enterprise financial integrations, and reporting environments.
• Experience supporting global, multi-entity, or multi-currency organizations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
