Our client is hiring a PC Deployment / Desktop Support Technician!
Title: PC Replacement / Desktop Support Technician
Type: 3-month contract with expectation to extend
Location: Denver, CO (Downtown)
Pay Range: $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience

What You'll Be Doing
- Perform hands-on PC replacements, workstation refreshes, and desktop deployments for employees in a corporate office environment.
- Set up, image, configure, and deploy Windows desktops and laptops using SCCM and PXE boot.
- Replace outdated computers, including disconnecting existing equipment, installing new devices, and reconnecting monitors, docking stations, keyboards, and other peripherals.
- Assist with user data migration, application installation, and profile configuration to ensure a smooth transition to replacement devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues during PC replacements and deployments.
- Coordinate with end users to schedule equipment replacements, minimize downtime, and verify that new workstations are functioning properly.
- Track PC replacements, update equipment inventory, and document completed deployments and support tickets in ServiceNow.
- Provide additional desktop support and troubleshooting as needed throughout the PC refresh project.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience with PC refreshes, hardware replacements, desktop deployments, or IT equipment rollouts.
- Hands-on experience imaging and configuring Windows computers, ideally using SCCM and PXE boot.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and common office peripherals.
- Ability to physically set up, disconnect, move, and replace desktop equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting, organization, and customer service skills.
- Experience working in a corporate IT environment and documenting work in a ticketing system such as ServiceNow.
