- Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate where the company's solutions fit within the utility-to-rack power path.
- Manage complex, high-value sales opportunities from initial relationship development through proposal, negotiation, and award.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of data center opportunities while developing long-term strategic customer relationships.
- Represent the organization at customer meetings, project discussions, industry events, and other business-development activities.
- Travel approximately 50%, with travel generally structured around a two-weeks-on / two-weeks-off cadence.
What We're Looking For

- Ability to hold credible technical and commercial conversations with customers, engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success managing large, complex sales opportunities and strategic accounts.
- Experience generating significant annual revenue within the data center market is highly valued. Candidates who have personally managed or materially supported $30M+ in annual direct-end-user sales will stand out.
