Senior Project Manager – Mission Critical Construction

Compensation: $120,000 – $170,000 annually
Final salary will be based on experience, education, and project scope.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale capital projects from planning through completion. This role provides oversight across design, construction, and stakeholder coordination, with accountability for schedule, budget, quality, and delivery.
The ideal candidate is comfortable operating with minimal supervision, managing complex initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-value capital projects with responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, and execution
- Provide guidance and oversight to project managers assigned to large or multi-phase initiatives
- Manage procurement processes, including competitive bidding and contract negotiations with external vendors and consultants
- Identify, analyze, and resolve complex project issues throughout planning, design, and construction phases
- Ensure project execution meets quality standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational expectations
- Coordinate communication among leadership, internal stakeholders, and external partners
- Lead meetings with vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders to maintain alignment and momentum
- Exercise sound judgment, critical thinking, and independent decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience in project management for planning, design, and construction
- Experience managing large, complex capital projects
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in a related discipline
- Experience in regulated environments or highly complex facilities
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
