Property Tax Analyst
Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Compensation: $90,000–$104,000 + ~10% bonus
Travel: Up to 10% (site visits)
Type: Direct Hire
We’re partnering with a rapidly growing infrastructure-focused organization expanding across multiple markets in the U.S. They’re adding a Property Tax Analyst to support a collaborative tax team during a period of significant growth and system/process evolution. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their tax career who wants exposure beyond repetitive compliance work and the chance to grow alongside a scaling organization.
What You’ll Do
- Support property tax filings, appeals tracking, and payment preparation
- Maintain tax calendars, documentation, and reporting schedules
- Respond to internal tax-related requests across departments
- Assist with research and analysis to identify tax-saving opportunities
- Help improve workflows and reporting processes
What They’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required (Accounting or Finance preferred)
- 3–5+ years of tax-related experience
- Working knowledge of U.S. property tax
- Exposure to SALT (sales/use or income/franchise) is a plus
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage priorities independently
- Interest in infrastructure, real estate, or technical asset environments
Nice to Have
- Experience with commercial real estate, infrastructure portfolios, or REIT structures
- NetSuite experience
- Process improvement mindset
