Title: Sr. Customer Solutions Engineer
Type: Direct Hire
Location: Remote in USA (CST. Or EST. Preferred)
Pay Range: $120k+ depending on experience
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of consulting/implementation experience, with a demonstrated ability to enhance customer relationships
- Experience with distributed operating systems (Linux, Windows), with experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.) a bonus
- Critical thinking, analytical and problem solving, problem determination, diagnosis, identification, testing, and resolution
- Knowledge of Content Management technology (e.g., Mobius, FileNet, OpenText, Documentum, etc.) strongly preferred
- Language skills: fluent spoken/written English
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, regardless of timeline or time zone variations
