Contact Center Portfolio Consultant

Innovar Group is looking for a Contact Center Portfolio Consultant for a global leader in analytics software. This is an opportunity to support some of the world’s leading companies with their analytics software platform. This is an important position that requires the ability to excel in fast-paced, complex environments.


Title: Contact Center Portfolio Consultant

Location: Remote

Duration: Direct Hire

Salary: around $160k + bonus opportunity

Skills Needed to be Successful:

  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership or consulting role improving ROI and overall business processes.
  • 5+ years of experience in a contact center environment preferred
  • Knowledgeable of contact center enterprise software, and specifically deep domain experience in IVR/Routing/ACD and Work Force Management or Quality Management preferred
  • Experience in business process improvement and Customer Success
  • Ability to work with Sr. Executives and stakeholders, provide thought leadership and gain strategic partnership
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills are a must
